DSH Hacks V2 is a global student competition open to students aged 13+ hosted collaboratively by three youth-led organizations: DeltaForge Hacks, NXT Horizon, and STEMise.

Theme: AI x Healthcare

This event brings together young innovators from around the world to transform bold ideas into technical products that address the health challenges facing our world today.

Participants will work individually or in teams to identify a real-world healthcare problem and design and develop a meaningful technical solution. Projects may range from diagnostic tools tackling global disease burdens, to patient-care platforms improving access and outcomes, to AI-powered systems reimagining how we detect, treat, and manage illness. Creativity, feasibility, technical depth, clinical insight, and real-world impact will be central to evaluation.

The theme of this competition is to build technical solutions that solve pressing healthcare problems. These solutions can be an app, a website, a simulation, a system, or an algorithm.

Participants are encouraged to use AI to help them build a meaningful solution and to lower the technical barrier that poses challenges for beginners with ambitious project ideas.
